My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychotherapy care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, including addiction, OCD, anxiety, depression, and life adjustment issues. I provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to meet your needs. I utilize an evidence-based clinical approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Exposure and Response (Ritual) Prevention for OCD therapy.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I have provided services to benefit clients by implementing evidence-based approaches specific to client needs and presenting challenges. I provide specialized therapy for clients with a significant history of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have been trained as an EMDR therapist, I am existentially based and client-centered.
I offer 19 years of experience in the helping profession and working with individuals from various walks of life. I am grounded in an existential clinical approach, I am very well rounded in addictions treatment, and spent years assisting clients to heal their traumas through Inner Child work, implementing 12 Steps Recovery concepts, CBT, and EMDR, among many other clinical approaches.
In 2017 I was named the Clinician of the Year by the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADDA)
I have served my community through volunteering my professional services to the Wounded Warrior Project and the Gratitude America Program for veterans.
If you are looking for a clinician that will challenge you to be your best self, be present and walk through the journey of healing with you and offer you a place of acceptance and emotional comfort, I am the one for you.

Charley is compassionate, loving, and often offers a dose of big dog hugs and furry love when it's most needed. Charley is a great compliment and often a big security blanket during trauma therapy.
